Our clients work in industries where quality and speed go hand-in-hand — and we're looking for smart, pragmatic Lead QA engineer who know how to test fast, test deep, and raise the right questions at the right time. You'll work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to deliver features that are not only functional, but sustainable.
These roles vary by project — some focus on Salesforce-based platforms, others on SaaS implementations and integrations or process automation and AI. You might work on a greenfield implementation, or join a fast-moving delivery phase to bring order, insight, and stability into complex ecosystems.
What you'll doDevelop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for complex features and systems.
Analyze requirements and user stories to define test cases and identify risks.
Design and execute functional, regression, exploratory, performance and load tests.
Validate business logic, integrations, and cross-system behavior.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and architects to build quality in from the start.
Mentor junior QA engineers, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of quality.
Support UAT and end-to-end cycles and document findings clearly.
Test automations, flows, APIs and UI, depending on project nature.
Integrate testing activities into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring continuous quality assurance.
Experience as a QA in cloud-based projects (ideally SaaS).
Fluent English and good communication skills (written and verbal).
A solid understanding of how business logic translates into systems.
Strong curiosity and a mindset for problem solving.
Proficiency with test management tools and issue tracking systems (e.g. Jira).
Strong hands-on experience with API testing, including understanding of REST principles, authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth 2.0), and tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar.
Familiarity with SQL and database concepts for data validation.
Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Postman collections for API).
ISTQB or similar certifications
Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
Exposure to AppExchange packages (e.g., Formstack, Calendly, S-Drive)
