The Implementation Associate sits at the intersection of quantitative finance and client consulting. You will work directly with institutional investors to help them interpret factor risk models, evaluate portfolio exposures, and translate complex quantitative outputs into real-world investment decisions. This is an intentional entry point into the organization, designed for those who want to build deep industry expertise and grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Serve as a quantitative subject matter expert for a portfolio of premium support clients, engaging on risk analytics, factor models, portfolio construction, and platform capabilities
  • Partner with clients on open-ended analytical questions including manager selection, portfolio restructuring, and interpretation of quantitative outputs
  • Develop deep knowledge of the Solovis and Venn platforms to guide clients in leveraging the full value of their investment 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive, consultative engagement 
Skills
  • Background in quantitative finance, financial engineering, mathematics, or a related field
  • Familiarity with portfolio analytics, risk models, or factor-based investing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working in data-heavy environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
