What You’ll Do
  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.

  • Be an important part of our clinical team by directly implementing skill-building and care plans.

  • Accurately record session data using electronic devices.

  • Create a positive and supportive learning environment for clients while building strong connections with their families.

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • A willingness to learn and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.

  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm and supportive during challenging situations.

  • RBT certification is required before working.

Good to Know
  • Services will be provided in clients’ homes or in community-based locations.

  • All positions start off part-time.

  • We’re looking for candidates who are willing to make a 6-month commitment to helping change our clients’ lives.

Experience That Can Be a Great Fit

You may already have experience that translates well to this role, including:

  • Education or early childhood development

  • Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship

  • Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles

  • After-school programs or camp counseling

  • Behavioral health, mental health, or social services

  • ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism

  • Healthcare support, including DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, or caregiver roles

  • Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one

No experience? No problem! Paid training is provided.
