Realta Intern
The North internship program is intended to create a beneficial relationship and growth opportunity for collegiate students interested in the FinTech industry. As a part of this program, the Intern(s) will meet with senior leaders and be mentored by team members on their respective teams.
The Realta Intern will be tasked with completing marketing and customer engagement projects throughout the 12 week duration of their internship. This intern will work closely with senior leadership and their respective teams at Realta to gain an understanding of the payments industry and Realta as a whole.
Core business hours are 9 am - 6 pm EST Monday through Friday. Schedule to be determined by the hiring manager.
What you'll be doing:
Create sales and marketing materials during your duration of internship
Learn the sales cycle process in the payment processing industry
Collaborate with team members and interns across the organization
Participate in regular team meetings and 1:1s with leader
Gain an understanding of the industry and the Realta and North brands
Must be willing to commit to the intern program for the full duration of the program
What we need from you:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program at an accredited college or university with a focus on business, marketing, or other related fields.
Results oriented and ability to work independently on projects with deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work with individuals at all levels within and outside the company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or G-Suite
Previous intern experience a plus
