Position:Actively contribute to the customer and guest experience by ensuring prompt, positive interaction though both telephone and in-person contact. Also provide general office support through a variety of clerical activities that enhance the efficiency of the inventory department operations.
Essential Functions:- Professionally administer all incoming calls and ensure they are redirected accordingly.
- Greet, sign in and direct visitors in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner.
- Kitchen/Cafe duties and set ups
- Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as accept direction on given assignments.
- Patience to interact with a wide variety of individuals.
- Flexibility to move from one task to the next as priorities shift.
