Receptionist
As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, including but not limited to incoming calls, distribution of correspondence, greeting visitors and directing clients to the appropriate department. The responsibilities also include offering administrative support across the organization, as assigned by the Manager Commercial Activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet visitors/clients and direct visitors/clients to the appropriate department;
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges);
- Support clients with questions/complaints they might have;
- Liaise with back office to handle requests and queries from clients;
- Provide basic and accurate information to the clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- Secondary vocational education in Administration, Banking & Insurances or a related field;
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a related field;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise;
- Professional attitude and appearance;
- Experience in working with IT software including MS Office applications or similar;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, English and Papiamento.
