What You Do
Receptionist
•    Operate a switchboard that accommodates a large number of incoming calls  
•    Process incoming and outgoing mail
•    Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate contact person in a friendly and cheerful manner  
•    Route incoming faxes 
•    Stock office supplies and kitchens  
•    Travel to Horton locations as needed
•    Other duties as assigned

Your Education and Experience 
Required
•    2+ years Reception experience with multi-line phone system
•    Customer service oriented / courteous & friendly
•    Ability to multi-task and prioritize
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
•    The employee is responsible for adherence to the stated expectations of the E&O Plus Quality Management Program

The applicable base salary range for this role is $43,700 to $81,400.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
