We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 5-month contract (40 hours /week), reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition. In this role, you'll jump in quickly to help drive full-cycle recruiting across a variety of digital marketing and corporate functions, partnering closely with hiring managers and recruiters to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while helping us meet ambitious hiring goals.

You Will Be
Owning the full-cycle recruitment process across 12-15 roles, from individual contributors through leadership positions
Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and deliver top talent
Building and maintaining proactive pipelines of high-caliber talent across digital marketing, media, creative, technology, and corporate functions
Sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, and creative sourcing techniques
Conducting recruiter screens, coordinating interviews, and providing thoughtful candidate recommendations and feedback
Managing candidates through every stage of the interview process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Negotiating offers and supporting offer acceptance to successfully close candidates
Managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while effectively prioritizing competing business needs
Providing regular updates to hiring managers and Talent leadership on hiring progress, market insights, and pipeline health
Maintaining accurate candidate data, recruiting metrics, and reporting within Lever
You Must Have
2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, or in-house marketing organization
A proven track record of successfully recruiting digital marketing, media, creative, technology, and corporate talent across multiple levels
Strong experience building consultative relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
Advanced sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing platforms
Experience utilizing Lever or a comparable Applicant Tracking System
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and shifting priorities simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility across all levels of the organization
Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities
A data-driven approach to recruiting with experience leveraging recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategies
