Job Overview Summary
The Recruiter I supports the global Talent Acquisition (TA) team by identifying and engaging qualified talent, coordinating recruiting activities, and providing program, project, and operational support. Working within established processes and with guidance from experienced TA team members, this role helps build candidate pipelines, maintain accurate recruiting data and resources, and deliver a timely, consistent candidate experience. This role supports recruiters and does not independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive candidate research and sourcing using LinkedIn, talent databases, social media, referrals, and other approved tools, following established search strategies and role requirements.
- Identify and engage potential candidates for assigned openings and talent pipelines and share qualified prospects with recruiters for further assessment.
- Build and maintain organized candidate pipelines through ongoing research, outreach, and relationship management.
- Coordinate interviews and recruiting meetings across candidates, interviewers, and recruiters, including scheduling, confirmations, changes, and follow-up communication.
- Support candidate communications and recruiting logistics to help provide a timely, consistent, and positive candidate experience.
- Assist recruiters with resume review, talent mapping, market research, pipeline reporting, and other defined recruiting activities; escalate questions or nonstandard issues as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, activity notes, status changes, and supporting documentation in the applicant tracking system and other Talent Acquisition tools.
- Assist the Recruiting Program Manager with Talent Acquisition projects, strategic initiatives, and day-to-day operational priorities.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, templates, training materials, and shared resources while providing administrative and operational support for additional Talent Acquisition priorities.
- Track assigned actions and deadlines, organize shared materials, and prepare routine updates to support timely project and program delivery.
- Follow established Talent Acquisition processes and maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling candidate, employee, and business information.
Location
This role is open to candidates working remotely in the U.S., preferably in EST or CST time zones.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, Human Resources, or a related professional environment; relevant internship experience will be considered.
- Experience coordinating interviews, calendars, or meetings across multiple participants and time zones.
- Experience supporting projects or maintaining standard operating procedures, templates, training materials, or shared team resources.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using LinkedIn, social media, job boards, or other online tools for candidate research and sourcing.
- Demonstrated ability to learn an applicant tracking system, candidate relationship management system, or similar business technology.
- Demonstrated ability to follow established processes, complete defined tasks accurately, and manage scheduling, documentation, and data with attention to detail.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize assigned work, meet deadlines, and raise issues when guidance is needed.
- Collaborative mindset and interest in developing a career in Talent Acquisition.
Physical and Mental Requirements
- Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation
- Regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 Lbs.

The base salary range for this role is $50,000 to $79,000 USD. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
