We are trailblazers. Problem solvers. People who thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and bring relentless focus to efficiency and execution.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter II to lead high-volume hiring initiatives for our specialized Bitcoin mining and data center infrastructure teams, specifically supporting ESS Metron and E4A. This role requires a deep understanding of technical and operational profiles within custom manufacturing and engineering operations. You will be responsible for building sustainable, evergreen pipelines at every level, to meet the unique demands of our high-volume manufacturing openings.

What You'll Do

  • Full-Lifecycle Execution: Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume, mission-critical "evergreen" roles within engineering and manufacturing.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Architect and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies—leveraging industry networks (cultivating relationships with technical schools), specialized job boards, and direct headhunting—to identify top-tier talent.
  • Pipeline Synchronization: Partner with Senior Leadership to align talent pipelines with aggressive headcount projections, ensuring a proactive "ready-now" candidate pool.
  • Technical Assessment: Conduct rigorous screening to evaluate technical aptitude, operational fit, and adherence to rigorous safety standards.
  • Candidate Advocacy: Orchestrate a premium candidate experience by managing seamless on-site interviews and maintaining transparent, high-touch communication throughout the hiring journey.
  • Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain meticulous records within the ATS, ensuring 100% compliance with EEO/OFCCP standards and real-time data accuracy.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on key recruitment KPIs (Time-to-Fill, Quality-of-Hire, Pipeline Velocity), pivoting strategies dynamically to hit quarterly hiring targets.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in high-volume, evergreen, or industrial talent acquisition.
  • Methodology: Deep expertise in skills-based hiring and competency-based interviewing.
  • Agility: Demonstrated ability to manage 15+ active requisitions simultaneously in fast-paced manufacturing or mission-critical environment.
  • Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Rippling, Greenhouse, Workday) and AI-driven sourcing tools.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to influence hiring managers and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Vertical: Prior experience recruiting in industrial operations, engineering, manufacturing or construction is highly preferred. Prior experience recruiting in Bitcoin mining and/or Hyperscale Data Centers is a plus.
  • Fluency in a second and/or third language (e.g. Spanish, Vietnamese, etc.) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: Base salary range $70,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience) + bonus + sign-on equity grant.
  • Long-Term Growth: Eligible to participate in Riot’s equity incentive programs and share in the success you help build.
  • 401(k) with Immediate Vesting: Generous company match up to 5%.
  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: Multiple medical plan options that include 100% employer-paid premiums.
  • Wellness & Lifestyle Perks: Enjoy free gym membership, pet insurance, childcare discounts, and more to support your life both in and out of work.

Riot is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
