Source and engage candidates using job boards and social media, build candidate pipelines, conduct screening interviews, partner with hiring managers, communicate status to candidates, and stay current on recruitment trends and salary benchmarks.
This is a remote position.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific job requirements and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about their status in the hiring process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of one to three years in recruitment.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the Tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HRIS is an added advantage.
