Impact You’ll Make
• Play a pivotal role in building Stout’s talent pipeline by identifying and engaging exceptional candidates aligned with our firm’s values and growth goals.
• Support the recruiting team by managing candidate scheduling, tracking, and coordination to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Contribute to the success of hiring initiatives by delivering qualified, well-vetted candidates across multiple business lines.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Enhance the team’s overall recruiting effectiveness by maintaining accurate data, clear communication, and consistent follow-up.
• Support a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects Stout’s commitment to Relentless Excellence®.

What You’ll Do

• Begin by supporting interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and applicant tracking activities across multiple business lines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and CRM tools.
• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, job boards, and other creative channels.
• Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening conversations to assess interest, qualifications, and alignment with role requirements.
• Develop and maintain organized talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define role specifications and sourcing priorities.
• Track and report on sourcing activity, pipeline status, and key recruiting metrics.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging sourcing tools or strategies.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related talent acquisition role (corporate or agency experience welcomed).
• Strong organizational skills with proven experience in managing scheduling and candidate tracking processes.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (Workday experience a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates professionally and authentically.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with keen attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
