Position Overview:

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to our Talent Acquisition team. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless recruitment process by coordinating interviews, conducting initial candidate outreach and phone screens, maintaining candidate records, and supporting hiring activities across the organization.

This position provides essential coordination and administrative support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely interview scheduling, consistent candidate communication, and accurate ATS maintenance.

Key Responsibilities 

      • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including virtual and onsite interviews, across multiple hiring stakeholders
      • Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, confirmations, follow-ups, and status updates
      • Conduct initial phone screens with candidates using established screening criteria 
      • Maintain accurate and timely updates within the ATS (UKG), including candidate status changes and dispositioning
      • Support structured early-stage candidate screening based on predefined criteria and screening questions
      • Administer candidate assessments as assigned and ensure timely completion and documentation of results
      • Track recruiting activity to ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process
      • Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative and operational tasks to maintain recruiting workflows and timelines, including offer letters and the pre-employment contingency process
      • Ensure a professional, consistent candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process

        Expected Skills and Qualifications:

        • Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a recruitment support, recruiting coordinator, talent acquisition, or HR support role
        • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office 365 suite
        • Demonstrated experience supporting a fast-paced or high-volume environment
        • Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System; UKG experience strongly preferred
        • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
        • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
        • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
        • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information with discretion

        Work Location / Schedule 

        • Hybrid role based out of our corporate office in Schaumburg, IL
        • Onsite Tuesday and Thursday, with a rotating third in-office day each week, and remote work on remaining days

            Pre-Employment Requirement: 

            • Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen and background check. This requirement is especially critical for safety-sensitive roles.

            Compensation for this role ranges from $26.50 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, in accordance with state law. All compensation offers are based on skill set, experience, and geographic location of the applicant as relevant to the role.
