What You'll Do
- Build and grow a territory through strategic prospecting and relationship development.
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, conferences, and executive outreach.
- Meet with superintendents, principals, curriculum leaders, and district administrators.
- Conduct consultative discovery meetings to understand district priorities and challenges.
- Deliver compelling presentations demonstrating Intervene K-12's tutoring and intervention solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business.
- Manage your sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience.
- Proven success prospecting and developing new business.
- Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
- Fully bi-lingual in English and Spanish to effectively engage with our customer population, schools, and stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and accountability.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
