About the Role:

  • Own and grow a top-tier PC OEM partnership that is foundational to McAfee’s consumer business.
  • Drive quarterly revenue expansion through executive alignment, disciplined operating cadence, and measurable growth initiatives.
  • Serve as the single-threaded owner for partner performance—coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Partner Ownership & Strategy
  • Own the end-to-end partnership strategy, operating plan, and results across geographies and programs.
  • Translate McAfee capabilities into partner-ready plans that drive adoption, monetization, and long-term value.
  • Set quarterly priorities with clear metrics, owners, milestones, and expected impact.
Executive Relationship Leadership
  • Build and deepen relationships across the partner organization (executive through operational).
  • Lead quarterly executive growth meetings with crisp agendas, decisions, and follow-through.
  • Represent the partner internally while protecting McAfee priorities, economics, and risk posture.
Revenue Growth & Execution
  • Drive growth levers such as placement expansion, attach improvements, lifecycle optimization, and partner campaigns.
  • Maintain a measurable initiative pipeline; remove blockers fast and escalate when needed.
  • Ensure execution quality: commitments are realistic, resourced, and delivered on time.
Commercial Negotiation & Deal Leadership
  • Lead complex negotiations for software/services agreements (new business, amendments, extensions, renewals).
  • Structure outcomes that improve economics, protect scalability, and reduce long-term risk.
  • Coordinate legal, finance, and product inputs into a single negotiation strategy and narrative.
Forecasting, Analytics & Performance Management
  • Own partner forecasting and performance: KPIs, trend analysis, variance explanations, and corrective actions.
  • Produce executive-ready reporting that links actions to results and makes decisions easy.
  • Identify leading indicators early and adjust plans to keep performance on track.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Drive aligned execution across product, marketing, engineering, finance, operations, and legal.
  • Create clarity on roles, deliverables, timelines, and decision rights.
  • Maintain operational rigor: cadence, accountability, and closed-loop communication.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Stay ahead of cybersecurity trends, platform changes, competitor moves, and partner dynamics.
  • Convert insights into strategy shifts, risk mitigation plans, and sharper partner positioning.
What Success Looks Like (12–18 months)
  • Consistent quarterly outperformance versus plan on bookings/revenue and key drivers.
  • Strong executive alignment that increases decision velocity and reduces churn/escalations.
  • Credible, accurate forecasting with clear driver-based explanations.
  • Improved commercial outcomes: stronger terms, better economics, and reduced structural risk.
  • A repeatable operating model that reliably converts initiatives into measurable results.

About You:

  • 8–12+ years in strategic partnerships, OEM/channel, enterprise sales, or GTM leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a large, strategic partner relationship with measurable revenue impact.
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and close high-value agreements.
  • Strong analytical discipline: KPI management, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
  • Track record driving cross-functional execution without direct authority.
Preferred Experience
  • PC OEM ecosystem familiarity (software distribution/preload, attach dynamics, monetization models).
  • Consumer subscription, security, privacy, identity, or digital protection experience.
  • Global partner management experience across multiple regions and time zones.
Core Competencies
  • Executive presence and concise, metrics-driven storytelling.
  • Commercial judgment and deal mechanics fluency.
  • Operational rigor: initiative management, accountability, and fast blocker removal.
  • Partner-first leadership with strong internal alignment skills.
  • High velocity execution with quality and compliance discipline.
