Who We Are:

Every industry has a moment when technology finally catches up to the people doing the work.

We are building that moment for legal.

Neostella creates connected legal technology that brings together the data, workflows, and systems legal teams rely on every day.

Our platform helps firms move faster, collaborate more effectively, and focus on delivering stronger outcomes for their clients.

We believe the legal industry deserves more from its technology. That belief drives us to challenge the status quo and build systems designed for the way modern teams actually work.

We build with courage and measure our work by the impact it creates for our customers.

Recognized as one of Forbes’ Best Startup Employers in the Americas for 2026, we are growing with people who want their work to matter.

If you want to build software that changes how an industry operates, you belong here. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Regional Events Manager to join our team!

Why this role matters right now:

Neostella is scaling fast, and events are a core driver of how we grow. They’re where our brand shows up in real conversations, where relationships are built, and where pipeline begins. As we continue to expand, we’re investing in events not just for visibility—but for measurable business impact.

This role exists because we need a strong operator who can bring structure, consistency, and high standards to how we plan and execute events across regions. The Regional Events Manager will own events end-to-end, ensuring every detail—from logistics to lead capture—is executed with precision and aligned to revenue goals.

Your work will directly influence how we show up in market, how effectively we generate pipeline, and how consistently we deliver high-quality, customer-centric experiences.

What you’ll manage:

We’re looking for a Regional Events Manager who will lead the execution of tradeshows, conferences, and regional programs while connecting event strategy to measurable business outcomes.

You will own event planning, logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution—ensuring every event is delivered on time, on budget, and at a high standard. At the same time, you’ll partner closely with marketing and sales to align event goals with pipeline generation, lead capture, and follow-up processes.

This role requires someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, can manage multiple complex events simultaneously, and knows how to turn execution into impact. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity, maintain control across shifting priorities, and continuously improve how events perform over time.

What you bring:

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented operator who understands that great events are both an experience and a growth engine. You’re comfortable managing complexity, working with multiple stakeholders, and holding a high bar for quality across every detail.

You’re proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to identify risks early—solving problems before they impact execution. You understand how events tie to pipeline and revenue, and you use data to continuously improve performance.

You’re confident working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external vendors, and you take full ownership of your work from planning through post-event follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

You’ll own event execution, quality, and performance across your region:

Event Execution

  • Manage booth vendors, production partners, and event suppliers

  • Review booth designs, layouts, signage, and assets before each event
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure a polished, consistent presence
  • Identify and resolve issues before show open
  • Maintain a strong, professional brand experience across all events

Sales & Lead Generation Alignment

  • Partner with marketing and sales to define event goals and target audiences
  • Ensure events support lead generation, meetings, and pipeline creation
  • Establish clear plans for lead capture, routing, and follow-up
  • Act as the connection point between event execution and sales outcomes

Event Performance & Data

  • Define success metrics including leads, meetings, and pipeline impact
  • Track event performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Partner with operations to ensure accurate lead tracking
  • Use data to optimize future events and overall effectiveness

  • Plan and execute regional roadshows and targeted events
  • Support account-level engagement in partnership with sales

  • Provide guidance on timelines, quality, and event best practices
  • Help establish repeatable processes and scalable frameworks

  • Experience in SaaS or technology environments preferred
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
