About CoinPoker

Welcome to CoinPoker, the innovative crypto-poker platform where advanced blockchain technology meets the thrilling world of online poker. At CoinPoker, we are revolutionizing the poker experience by offering fast, secure, and transparent gameplay. With recent substantial investment, we are poised to take over the online crypto-poker space and are expanding our team to support our growth.

The Opportunity

The Regional Head of Partnerships is responsible for growing CoinPoker's player base in their assigned region through partnerships, covering affiliates, content creators, streamers, ambassadors, online communities, and event sponsorships.

You will own and run the regional partnerships P&L: you hold the budget, make spend and deal decisions within agreed guardrails, and are accountable for partner-sourced revenue net of all partner costs. Every deal in your book should have a commercial case you can defend, and you'll be expected to know the net number, explain it, and grow it.

This is a build role. You set the strategy for how CoinPoker wins your region, then build the book that delivers it: your network, your knowledge of the market, and your judgment on which partners actually convert, turned into signups, FTDs, and NGR. As the book scales, you hire and manage the regional team around it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the partnerships strategy for your region: channel mix, partner priorities, and where budget goes across affiliates, creators, sponsorships, and communities, based on your read of how the market actually acquires players

  • Own and run the regional partnerships P&L, including partner-sourced NGR, all partner-related costs, and allocation decisions across deals and channels

  • Drive new player acquisition, FTD generation, and NGR growth through the partner book built against that strategy

  • Source, negotiate, and close the region's key partnerships yourself: affiliates on CPA, rev share, and hybrid structures; streamers, creators, and hero ambassadors whose content actually converts

  • Shape how CoinPoker shows up in the region, from event sponsorships across live circuits and tours to presence in the online communities where players are, each judged on commercial return

  • Actively manage the book: partner performance, content quality, traffic quality, and cohort quality, cutting or renegotiating what underperforms

  • Advise on regional market dynamics, competitor moves, and opportunities, feeding your read of the region into central strategy

  • Build the regional team as the book scales, hiring and managing Ambassador/Content Creator Managers and setting the standard for how partners are managed

Highly Desired Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven track record of growing an iGaming player base in the region through affiliation, with directly structured deals and results demonstrable in NGR terms, not just volume terms.

  • Strong experience managing content-side partnerships.

  • Deep knowledge of the region.

  • Native or fluent command of the region's key language(s), plus fluent English.

  • Experience owning a P&L or budget with genuine accountability.

  • Experience structuring and negotiating CPA, rev share, fixed fee, and hybrid deal arrangements.

  • The judgment to adapt to a challenger-brand position rather than replay an incumbent playbook.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.

  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the blockchain and online gaming industry.

  • Flexible working hours and the ability to work fully remotely.

  • A collaborative and inclusive team culture.

  • Professional development opportunities and career growth within a rapidly evolving company.
