We’re growing our team and seeking a Regional Sales Manager - SLED West to drive pipeline growth and revenue in the state, local, and education (SLED) market.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Regional Sales Manager - SLED West you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Splunk and Cribl sales representatives to jointly drive pipeline and close deals.
- Prospect and self-source leads through cold calling, outbound campaigns, and networking within assigned territories.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to close, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective pipeline management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to maximize deal velocity and customer success.
- Represent Conducive Consulting at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand market presence.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and activity metrics.
- 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, channel sales, or a related field.
- Associates' or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and close business in a competitive sales environment.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed (including trade shows and partner events).
- 3 professional references required.
