Regional Sales Manager
Reporting to the OEM Sales Manager, Americas, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for managing the existing representative network and develop a business plan to meet or exceed the sales forecast in his/her assigned region.
The RSM independently and in collaboration with rep firms identifies and qualifies New Business Opportunities (NBOs), while also engaging directly with customers to co-design solutions. Acting as both a technical and commercial resource, the RSM drives integration of the full Littelfuse portfolio into customer applications to address their needs and drive growth.
About the Job:
Achieve or exceed the sales forecast by developing annual business for each of the assigned Rep companies and any assigned direct key account.
Works with our Rep firms to identify and qualify New Business Opportunities (NBO) and then works with the end customer to design in our products -- utilizing the support of the Littelfuse technical team.
Organize and schedule all Rep evaluations. Formal Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s) to communicate and review the business plans, strategies and key metrics. (Sales forecast, key customer base growth and NBO’s for both OEM and distributor POS).
Organize regional sales meeting annually as needed.
Ensure that all sales team members are trained in products, applications and internal processes including all policies and procedures related to Littelfuse.
Provide competitive information and marketing direction internally through the inputs of the rep network and personal experience gained.
Assist with coordination of territory visits by Littelfuse sales, marketing and engineering associates.
Develop strong relationships with key customers in line with our market segment strategy.
About You:
Bachelor's Degree (Technical) required.
Minimum 5 years of sales management experience with an electrical components manufacturer or vehicle systems integrator.
Experience in the passenger and commercial vehicle market strongly preferred.
Customer base knowledge in the assigned territory.
Knowledge of the transportation markets segment, specifically passenger and commercia vehicles with sales channels and related experience working directly and with key distributor sales offices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel up to 50%, primarily in the business region.

Salary Range:
$99,700 - $139,480The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
