The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and meeting revenue targets. This role requires a results-driven sales professional with strong closing skills, a deep understanding of the market, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Execute sales strategies tailored to the MSP, SaaS and AI products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive account expansion along with the Client Success Manager.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to showcase the value of MSPbots.ai solutions.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify customer pain points and align solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve sales enablement.
  • Represent MSPbots.ai at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in MSP, SaaS, or technology sales.
  • Understanding of the MSP market and sales dynamics.
  • Experience with high-value, consultative sales processes and solution selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume sales pipeline.
  • Proficiency in CRM software - HubSpot to track sales activities and pipeline management.
  • Experience in SMB/mid-market sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in working in a start-up company
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
