Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage all business development aspects of Razer’s partnerships, with a primary focus on sales revenue growth and a healthy sellout pipeline
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas while adhering to Razer’s sales rules of engagement
  • Drive optimal sales mix to reduce cost of doing business with channel partners
  • As the main point of contact for channel partners
  • Aggressively driving partners to maximize sales potentials through best practices, training and support
  • Manage sales orders and provide status updates to partners and reporting manager
  • Create and leverage established business management tools to streamline partner management
  • Work with marketing to drive programs and events to increase brand exposure, sell through and market share.
  • Manage sales forecasts and minimize excess inventory with inadequate sales pipeline.
  • Continually learning about new products and improving selling skills
  • Provide weekly reporting of revenue forecasts and sellout and to take proactive action to ensure channel inventory is maintained at operational level
  • Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products
  • Prepare internal and external presentations, reports, and price quotations

Pre-Requisites :
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years’ experience in regional channel sales preferably
  • Knowledge of IT or consumer electronics market preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to manage sales pipeline with multiple partners
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions
