As a Regulatory Reporting Project Manager Senior Associate in our Regulatory Reporting team, you will help us to ensure that our regulatory change projects are set up and completed in a timely and accurate basis. You will achieve this by utilizing excellent communication skills engaging with stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
  • Own, lead and manage Global Private Bank Cross Border Projects adhering to the corporate toolkit, procedures, guidelines, trainings and processes.
  • Define day to day project and change management priorities to deliver project within required timelines.
  • Engage and support cross border stakeholders to overcome challenges and expedite quality delivery.
  • Engage and coordinate preparation & response to relevant compliance, audit and regulatory exams
  • Ensure that cross border controls are properly designed, operating effectively, and essential to a proactive risk and control culture that leverages proven evaluation strategies and sound change management protocols.
  • Is able to work independently to interpret and transform the regulations into business requirement documents.
  • Understand our business model and how reporting rules should be applied to particular activities.
  • Work with key stakeholders including Operational SME, Technology, Compliance, Controls, Projects, and Governance teams.
  • Work in collaboration with upstream business teams to ensure that we receive accurate and timely information.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Project management experience to define, drive and execute complex initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with multiple stakeholders and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives, prioritize and escalate when required.
  • A creative problem solver that can manage new/changing situations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage and influence globally.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
  • Be resilient in the face of headwinds.
  • Focused execution skills with the ability to deliver results.
  • Ability to critically review and challenge interpretation and application of scenarios relating to trade reporting rules.
  • Flexibility to work under pressure to meet changing work requirements.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Delivered regulatory change.
  • Ability to create a vision and actionable roadmap with a focus on ongoing innovation.
  • Financial service experience in Private Banking, program management, regulatory change management and/or strategic transformation
  • Understanding of Private Bank services including associated products, services, regulatory and control requirements
