You will be responsible for promoting our products and services to new potential customers while being supported by Keystone Advisors team.  This is a permanent full-time position plus bonus & commissions!

Position Overview: We are seeking experienced and driven ACA Sales Agents for a high-performance remote sales role focused on heavy outbound dialing, lead conversion, and policy enrollment through the HealthSpera ACA Marketplace (under 65 market).Agents will work third-party vendor leads, connect with ACA-eligible individuals, qualify applicants, and guide them through the enrollment process. This role requires strong closing ability, fast-paced outbound engagement, and the ability to build trust quickly over the phone. This position also emphasizes policy activation (effectuation), member retention, and cross-selling ancillary benefits to maximize client value and long-term retention.
Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to ACA marketplace prospects (under 65 market)
  • Work and convert third-party vendor-generated leads
  • Educate clients on ACA health insurance plans, subsidies, and coverage options
  • Build rapport quickly and handle objections to close enrollments
  • Complete accurate ACA enrollments
  • Ensure policies are properly activated through consistent follow-up
  • Maintain strong member retention through ongoing client support
  • Cross-sell ancillary products including dental, vision, accident, and hospital indemnity coverage
  • Document all client interactions, enrollments, and follow-up activity in CRM systems
  • Meet or exceed daily KPIs including dials, talk time, enrollments, retention, and ancillary sales

Qualifications

  • Active Health Insurance License (required)
  • ACA Marketplace sales experience required
  • Strong outbound sales and closing skills
  • Experience with policy activation (effectuation), retention, and ancillary sales
  • Comfortable in a high-volume outbound dialing environment
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
  • Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated remote workspace
  • Experience working third-party vendor leads (preferred)
  • Ability to be appointed with carriers (required)
  • Strong attendance and consistency in a remote environment
