Remote HR & Recruitment Assistant responsible for managing hiring pipelines and applicant tracking in Zoho Recruit, maintaining employee records and attendance in Zoho People, handling onboarding documentation and digital signatures, and supporting payroll data hygiene and monthly salary reports via Zoho Payroll. Requires 2–3 years HR operations or recruitment experience and ability to work UAE and US business hours.
This is a remote position.
We operate entirely within the Zoho ecosystem. Therefore, direct, hands-on experience managing employee profiles, hiring pipelines, and payroll data within Zoho tools is a mandatory requirement. A background in commerce (BCom graduate) is highly preferred due to the payroll and data-tracking responsibilities of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Management: Oversee Zoho Recruit to post job openings, source talent, screen incoming resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain clean applicant tracking pipelines.
- HRMIS & Attendance: Update and maintain the core Zoho People database. Monitor daily employee attendance logs, check leave balances, and ensure system profiles are accurate.
- Onboarding: Manage the administrative transition from "Selected Candidate" to "Onboarded Employee," including document collection and digital signatures via Zoho tools.
- Payroll Support: Assist with basic data hygiene, attendance reconciliation, and monthly salary processing reports via Zoho Payroll.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: BCom (Bachelor of Commerce) or a related degree with an understanding of basic business accounting/data principles.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, or HR Admin.
- Software Skills: Hands-on experience with Zoho People and Zoho Recruit is mandatory.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be fully comfortable working UAE & US Time Zone business hours.
- BYOB (Bring Your Own Device): Must have a reliable personal laptop (minimum i5 processor/8GB RAM), a high-speed fiber internet connection, and a robust power backup plan.
