As a Remote Insurance Verification Specialist at Turquoise Health, you will verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility, ensuring accurate billing and smooth access to services.
Responsibilities:
- Verify patient insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility
- Communicate with insurance providers and patients to resolve coverage issues
- Maintain accurate records of verification activities
- Collaborate with billing and clinical teams to prevent claim denials
- Keep up-to-date with insurance policies and regulations
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in insurance verification, medical billing, or healthcare administration
- Knowledge of insurance plans, billing codes, and healthcare regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and verification tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
