The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.
As a Remote Partner Support Specialist at Turquoise Health, you will provide dedicated support to partners, ensuring smooth collaboration, timely issue resolution, and strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for partner inquiries and issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve partner-related challenges
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs
- Provide feedback to improve partner processes and satisfaction
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in partner support, account management, or customer success
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM tools, and collaboration platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
