Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Mississippi resident

  • Ambitious self-marketer with strong interpersonal skills

  • May have experience in insurance, real estate, direct sales, or customer service

  • Digitally savvy and comfortable working independently

  • Licensed or able to become licensed in Property & Casualty (Mississippi preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and sell personal insurance products (home, auto, renters, umbrella, etc.).

  • Use personal networks, social platforms, and local connections to generate leads.

  • Deliver an excellent customer experience from quote through renewal.

  • Manage and service your book of business with access to agency support as needed.

  • Maintain proper state licensing and adhere to regulatory requirements.

  • Participate in optional mentorship and development resources offered by Pyron Group.
