Product Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote role. Our core marketing team is based in Europe, so we’re looking for candidates within ±5 hours of CET to ensure good overlap with working hours.

CrazyGames is one of the world’s largest casual gaming platforms, entertaining more than 50 million gamers every month across web and mobile.
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. You will help shape how new features, live initiatives, and games are launched and supported on CrazyGames. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product and Design to ensure product initiatives are clearly understood and continue to drive retention for players and game developers over time.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership, where your work will directly influence how millions of players and thousands of game developers experience CrazyGames.

What You’ll Do

  • Own product marketing for features, updates, and initiatives across CrazyGames.

  • Translate product work into clear positioning, messaging, and storytelling for players and partners.

  • Plan and coordinate go-to-market efforts for product launches and feature improvements across owned channels (in-product, website, email, blog, social).

  • Develop a deep understanding of our players and game developers, using user research, feedback, and product insights to guide product marketing decisions.

  • Identify product marketing opportunities that drive retention, and long-term growth.

Key Outcomes for the role

Within 1 month
You have a solid understanding of our players, game developers, and the CrazyGames product, teams, and workflows, and have contributed to at least one product-related marketing initiative.

Within 3 months
You independently own product marketing for individual features or updates, from defining messaging to coordinating execution across relevant channels and teams.

Within 6 months
You own product marketing for a defined area of the product (e.g. social features, our developer portal), and are responsible for how those features are supported across our channels.

Within 12 months
You have directly contributed to improvements in user retention through your product marketing initiatives. You own core parts of our live features and seasonality-driven campaigns, and you play a key role in shaping how games are launched on CrazyGames and across our marketing channels.

What we offer

  • Work on a large-scale gaming platform reaching millions of players every day, with the opportunity to have a real impact on how the CrazyGames brand is experienced worldwide.

  • A high level of responsibility and freedom. We are a small team and hire self-motivated experts and trust them to deliver meaningful results.

  • Flexible working hours and location - the results are what count.

  • Team weeks: we get together once or twice per year. We cover flights and accommodation so you can connect, collaborate, and have fun with the team.

  • The opportunity to play games and legitimately call it work.

Reach out if:

  • You have 4+ years of experience in marketing with relevant product marketing experience

  • You understand what engages our users and can turn those insights into clear, creative marketing initiatives across product and owned channels.

  • You’re an excellent copywriter and have an eye for brand storytelling. You are comfortable writing product copy, emails, in-game and push notifications, and launch communications in English.

  • You have experience managing product and email communication tools

  • You have experience in the gaming industry or a genuine passion for games.

  • You’re organized and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

  • You enjoy ownership and working in small teams.

  • You’re collaborative, pragmatic, and comfortable figuring things out as you go.
