About Bolt Farm Treehouse

Bolt Farm Treehouse is building America's most iconic romantic luxury retreat brand — nature-immersed, high-experience, and emotionally transformative. Backed by 3,300+ five-star reviews, over 1M followers, and features in Forbes, Travel + Leisure, and Netflix, we're scaling from a high-performing flagship into a national portfolio.

About the Role

You'll be the first voice our guests ever hear.

Every day, couples call us to plan anniversaries, proposals, honeymoons, and the trip of their year. Your job is to answer those calls quickly, make every caller feel instantly taken care of, and connect them with the right booking specialist — either by transferring them live or scheduling a call for later that day or the next.

This is inbound only. No cold calling. No sales quotas. No pitching. Guests are already excited when they dial — you're the warm, capable person who picks up and gets them where they need to go.

What You'll Do
  • Answer inbound guest calls Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (calls route to your computer — typically 5–10 per hour)

  • Have a warm, brief conversation: travel dates, occasion, number of guests

  • Transfer callers live to an available booking specialist, or schedule them on a specialist's calendar for same-day or next-day

  • Start each morning by returning calls that came in after hours

  • Keep your monthly missed-call rate under 12% — this is the one number the role lives by, and it directly earns your monthly bonus

What Makes You a Fit
  • Your phone presence is your superpower. People tell you that you sound warm, friendly, and composed on the phone. Callers never want to hang up on you.

  • You're service-first. Your instinct is "oh my gosh, yes, I can help you with that" — and you mean it.

  • You're reliable and consistent. Answering fast, every day, all day, is the whole job. You take pride in being the person who always picks up.

  • You stay composed when it's busy. When multiple calls come in at once, you keep your warmth and make the right routing call without missing a beat.

  • You're comfortable with technology. You can confidently run a computer-based phone system, a CRM, and a calendar tool (we'll train you on ours).

  • Customer service, receptionist, hospitality, front desk, call center, or scheduling experience is a plus — but a great phone voice and dependability matter more to us than your job history.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay: $23.08/hour (~$4,000/month), paid semi-monthly · overtime-eligible

  • Performance bonus: $500/month every month your missed-call rate stays under 12% — a target our team consistently hits

  • Team bonus: an additional $500 in any month the company hits its monthly goal

  • Earning potential: ~$54,000/year with bonuses

  • Employment type: Full-time W-2 employee — not a contractor

  • Location: Fully remote from anywhere in the U.S. (some state restrictions apply)

  • Training: You'll be trained one-on-one by the person currently in the seat over your first 1–2 weeks, with full ownership of the role by week 3

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (your local time zone coordinated with our coverage needs). Weekends off.

How to Apply

Submit your resume and complete the short application. Candidates who advance will have a phone interview — we want to hear the voice our guests will hear.
