Koin Limited is currently looking for a Video Content Executive to join our growing international team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing multi-brand e-commerce group headquartered in the UK, operating across the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia, and scaling towards £100M in annual revenue.

The Video Content Executive plays a key role in our growing Marketing team by editing video for paid media, organic social, and brand storytelling.

This is a fast-paced, role ideal for someone who is creative and technically skilled individual who is passionate about visual storytelling, understands fast-paced digital content trends, and is comfortable working across a wide variety of asset type from TikTok videos to YoTtube ads and User-Generated content (UGC)-Style material.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing using Adobe Premiere Pro

• Editing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube shorts; UGC style

• Performance ads for Meta and Google platforms

• Product highlight reels and branded lifestyle videos

• Promotional/educational content for web and social use

• Enhance raw footage using color grading, transitions, audio syncing, and motion graphics

• Source and integrate relevant B-roll footage, stock video, and UBC-style content to enrich edits where required.

• Collaborate with the Senior Content Produce, marketing, and creative teams to ensure video output aligns with brand tone and campaign goals

• Stay updated on video and social media trends to keep creative output fresh, relevant, and platform-optimized

• Utilize Adobe After Effects to create simple animations, text overlays, and kinetic motion design when needed

• Contribute ideas for new formats, series, and storytelling approaches and creativity

• Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate on video content with precision and creativity.

• Explore and integrate emerging AI tools for faster editing, motion design, and content adaptation at scale.


Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in video editing, digital content production, or similar creative role (agency or D2C brand-side preferred)

Strong portfolio showcasing creative high-Impact social and ad content across formats

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in real-time environments

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure live settings

• Excellent spoken and written English is essential

• Ability to follow structured processes while adapting quickly when needed

• Reliable internet connection and suitable home working setup

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Advance proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

• Working Knowledge of Adobe After Affects for motion graphics and animations
• Experience editing for social-first platforms )TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)

• Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Works well in a team environment and responds constructively to feedback.

• Able to switch between brand styles and asset types quickly

• Always looking for ways to improve content and processes

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Working knowledge of AI tools for video/image editing is a plus

• Familiarity with audio editing, stock footage sourcing and captioning tools
