Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, manage quotes, and enhance customer experience through effective communication and project management.
Reliable Fire & Security seeks a passionate, technical savvy customer centric individual who possesses a strong drive for service results, disciplined follow through, excellent communication skills with the ability to execute internal sales process, ensuring high retention, providing insights that improve the customer experience through sales, project management, and operation support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following and are not all-inclusive. Other duties may be assigned as required by management.
- Provide administrative support to Sales team and Sales & Marketing Management.
- Maintain overall integrity of the data in terms of capturing current business prospects.
- Enter and process quotes and customer inquiries into ERP system.
- Continuously learn our products and services to ensure the ability to provide quotes and pricing to customers.
- Respond to inquiries from potential customers for information about the capabilities of Reliable Fire & Security.
- Track sales opportunities and assign to Sales team.
- Prepare renewal quotes for house accounts for all Reliable Fire & Security services.
- Create reports required for VP of Sales.
- Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as required.

- Highly Organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Self-driven and proactive in nature
- Excellent, communication, interpersonal skills
- Familiar with project management principles.
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
- The successful candidate must also possess an innate high-level customer service attitude and initiative.
- Has the ability to work with co-workers as part of a team mindset.
- Must be able to work with others, be flexible and able to work independently.
- Detail oriented, strong work ethic, motivation to achieve high producing standards.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software products
- Self-Disciplined to work with limited supervision.
