The Renewal Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the renewal process by quoting transactional renewals and collaborating with sales teams to ensure timely and accurate renewal opportunities. This role focuses on new and existing contracts and works closely with partner contacts and internal stakeholders to prepare quotes and respond to inquiries. The Specialist contributes to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through attention to detail and responsiveness. What you'll do
* Quote transactional renewals and respond to inquiries from sales regarding expiring contracts
* Consult with sales to prepare renewal quotes and identify upselling opportunities
* Build and maintain business relationships with sales teams and partner contacts
* Attend partner-specific and renewal-related training sessions
* Collaborate with Product Specialists and partners to support sales efforts
* Maintain responsiveness to sales and customer needs, including customer-facing interactions
* Participate in external training and conferences (with manager approval)
* Support renewal operations by managing quote preparation and pipeline tracking, and process improvement initiatives
* Embrace AI tools and technologies to enhance renewal support workflows What we expect of you
* Bachelor's Degree, OR
* 4 years of experience in Renewal Support, Sales Support, or a related customer-facing role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or quoting tools
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, customer facing experience
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Time-management and organizational skills
* Ability to prioritize work under pressure and frequent interruptions
* Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
* Ability to understand and apply written and verbal instructions
* Experience in technology sales support (preferred)
* Demonstrated adaptability to change and openness to learning new tools and processes
