About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Revenue Operations Analyst to own commissions & compensation administration across Cordance's sales organization and help support the RevOps team's reporting operations. This role will be an integral member of our Revenue Operations team and will assume responsibility for processing and reconciling commissions for our sales organization, integrating acquisitions into our compensation & commissions process, creating and augmenting incentive structures in our commissions software platform, and ensuring the data used for sales KPI reporting is accurate. This role will also have a secondary focus supporting Cordance's Sales Enablement function, specifically the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process. The ideal candidate brings expertise in managing commissions software platforms, analyzing data, building BI-driven reporting, and designing operational frameworks that scale across a multi-stakeholder, fast-paced environment
- Administer commission plans for AEs, SDRs, and Sales leadership including the timely distribution of plans
- Own the commissions software platform, including issue resolutions, plan uploads, manual adjustments, and platform augmentations reflecting changes to incentive plan structures
- Standardize and administer variable compensation payments including commission bonuses, SPIFF payouts and other custom compensation plan terms
- Integrate newly acquired business units into the commissions software platform; onboard sellers and BU leaders on Cordance's commissions process
- Respond to rep and BU President commissions questions; own month-end close delivery to Finance
- Work closely with Human Resource and FP&A to track changes for new hires, terminations, transfers, compensation, and retroactive changes
- Ensure CRM hygiene by building dashboards in Cordance’s BI tool and working with our Data Team to implement automations in CRM; own communication of required actions to Business Units
- Manage the Jira ticket queue for RevOps data and reporting requests
- Assisting with ad hoc commission data gathering, reporting, analysis and other projects as needed
- Support our Director of Sales Enablement in leading biweekly Quote to Cash Office hours
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering
- 2-4+ years of experience as a RevOps Analyst, Sales Compensation Analyst, or Business Analyst
- Understanding of sales incentive compensation design and related administrative experience
- Experience with SPIFF or similar cloud-based sales commissions and incentive compensation tool
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, ability to create complex data models, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Some level of experience working with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) tools integrated to CRM’s (Hubspot & Salesforce)
- Experience working with Jira
