Build Amazing - Deliver Amazing - Live Amazing - Be Amazing

Nextiva is building a world-class Revenue Operations team to drive insights, clarity, and performance across our go-to-market engine. We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is passionate about solving hard problems, owning their craft, and driving results through data.

This role will serve as a key support to the Director of Revenue Analytics & Insights, helping to uncover trends, build reporting, and respond to the day-to-day needs of stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps. You’ll work hands-on in Salesforce, Excel, and Power BI, building dashboards, digging into messy data, and helping teams make smarter decisions.

We’re looking for someone who’s smart, driven, curious, and gritty — someone who can work through ambiguity, learn fast, and figure things out. You don’t need to know everything today, but you do need to want to learn and be willing to roll up your sleeves.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards across multiple sales segments and business units
  • Develop and manage Excel models for revenue analysis, pipeline trends, and marketing funnel performance
  • Design and iterate on Power BI dashboards for key stakeholders across Sales and Marketing
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and data deep-dives to help the business make fast, informed decisions
  • Partner with the Director of Revenue Analytics to support ongoing business reviews and planning cycles
  • Bring a strong sense of ownership and accountability to your work, with a bias toward action and clarity

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 4 years of related experience

Must-Have Technical Skills:

  • Experience working with Salesforce reporting
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, IF formulas, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (or a similar data visualization tool like Tableau or Looker)
  • Comfortable working with and cleaning messy datasets
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

Soft Skills That Will Make You Successful:

  • Curious – You don’t wait for answers; you go find them
  • Resilient – You’re energized by solving problems, not discouraged by them
  • Driven – You take initiative, meet deadlines, and want to improve yourself and the business
  • Collaborative – You know how to communicate clearly and respectfully, even when things are moving fast
  • Critical thinker – You don’t just crunch numbers, you ask why
  • Flexible & scrappy – You’re not afraid to try new things, and you know how to work with limited resources
  • Organized – You stay on top of details, manage your time well, and keep data and resources clearly structured so others can easily find and use them

Nextiva Core Competencies / DNA:
