The Revenue Operations Analyst forecasts revenue, analyzes sales pipelines, and generates reports across brands, partnering with General Managers to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
The Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for forecasting, pipeline analysis and go-to-market reporting across multiple brands and lines of business. This role supports sales and marketing operations through reporting, process improvement, data analysis and system administration across Salesforce, HubSpot, Yellowfin BI and related data sources. The position serves as a business partner to General Managers, providing clear insights that improve forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility and operating decisions.
Responsibilities- Own recurring revenue forecasting, pipeline reporting and performance analysis across assigned brands and lines of business
- Partner with General Managers and go-to-market leaders to translate data into actionable business insight
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports and models in Salesforce, HubSpot, Yellowfin BI and spreadsheets
- Analyze pipeline health, funnel performance, conversion trends and key drivers of forecast movement
- Support marketing and sales operations through process improvement, reporting design and data quality management
- Integrate and interpret marketing performance data from internal and external sources, including Dreamdata, 6Sense and AEO/GEO reporting
- Identify reporting gaps, process inefficiencies and data issues that limit visibility or decision-making
- Maintain consistent definitions, metrics and reporting standards across brands and business functions
- Support operating cadences such as forecast calls, business reviews and performance readouts
- Work within established processes while bringing critical thinking, sound judgment and continuous improvement to the role
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations or a similar analytical role
- Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline analysis and performance reporting in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot and spreadsheet-based analysis; experience with Yellowfin BI or similar BI tools preferred
- Experience working with marketing and attribution data from multiple systems and external sources
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen and ability to connect data to operational decisions
- Ability to partner effectively with business leaders and communicate clearly in written and verbal English
- Demonstrated curiosity, ownership, reliability and comfort working through new problems in a structured environment
