About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on CPQ Technical Admin to support our fast-growing global sales teams. Based in US, this role combines CPQ system ownership, quote execution, and Salesforce data integrity management. You will serve as a key partner to regional RevOps managers - ensuring pricing and quoting systems run smoothly, deals are executed accurately, and Salesforce data is clean, reliable, and actionable.

This is a hybrid technical and operational role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems, sales execution, and data quality in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Due to the requirements of this role, this individual MUST be a US Citizen ONLY.

What You’ll Do

Logik CPQ Administration & Programming (30%)

  • Own configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Logik CPQ platform
  • Build and update rules, pricing logic, approval flows, and product configurations
  • Troubleshoot CPQ issues and ensure system reliability across global quoting activity
  • Drive continuous improvement of CPQ architecture, performance, and automation

Quoting Creation & Deal Support (20%)

  • Partner with Sales to build accurate, compliant, and timely quotes
  • Ensure correct product configuration, pricing, discounting, and approval alignment
  • Support Deal Desk workflows and help structure complex transactions
  • Validate quotes before downstream processing (contracting, booking, and invoicing readiness)
  • Act as a frontline expert for quoting questions and deal execution support

Salesforce Data Quality & Operations (50%)

  • Maintain and improve data quality across Salesforce opportunity and quote records
  • Perform ongoing data audits, cleanup, and enrichment of opportunity fields
  • Ensure consistency between CPQ, Salesforce Opportunities, and downstream reporting systems
  • Define and enforce data standards for opportunity stages, forecasting fields, and deal attributes
  • Support operational reporting by ensuring clean, reliable, and structured sales data
  • Architect, develop, and implement sales process changes, including new objects, fields, and flows.
  • Maintain roles, profiles, visibility, and access levels for the sales organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure seamless Quote-to-Cash execution
  • Support renewals and expansions in coordination with Renewal Managers
  • Act as a trusted partner to Sales leadership to remove deal blockers and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with Sales, Channel, and Deal Desk teams to ensure seamless communication and handoffs between direct sales, partners, and revenue operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or CPQ administration roles (SaaS/high-growth tech preferred)
  • CPQ Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on CPQ administration experience, including configuration, pricing logic, and system maintenance
  • Salesforce Skills: 7+ years of hands-on SFDC administration experience.
  • Technical Mindset: Comfortable working with logic, rules, and system configuration (light programming mindset preferred)
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret data and improve sales process efficiency and accuracy
  • Communication: Clear, confident communicator who can partner effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams
  • Detail Orientation: High accuracy in quoting and data management, with strong operational discipline
