At AbsenceSoft, we’re transforming the employee experience. Our secure, intuitive technology helps employers bring humanity, certainty, and efficiency to some of the most complex moments in the workplace. Built by HR professionals for HR professionals, we’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited about where we’re going.

We're seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst who loves being the go-to person — someone who gets satisfaction from helping a sales rep close a deal cleanly, untangling a Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) configuration issue, and making sure the data behind every transaction is accurate. This role sits at the intersection of sales support, process, and systems, and is ideal for someone who combines a solid technical foundation with an instinct for partnership. You build trust quickly with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams and move fluidly between systems troubleshooting, process improvement, and day-to-day sales support. You bring enough GTM systems fluency to troubleshoot, build, and improve independently — and take pride in being the person people know they can count on.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales reps navigating quoting, pricing, and deal structure questions - guiding them through the full quote-to-contract process with patience and clarity
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ and Ironclad issues, including pricing rules, quote templates, and approval workflows
  • Triage and resolve incoming RevOps requests across Tier 1 and Tier 2 - from flow errors and user access issues to account merges and opportunity corrections
  • Support onboarding and enablement of new sales reps across the full go-to-market tech stack including Salesforce, CPQ, Ironclad, Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo
  • Audit closed opportunities and contract data to ensure accuracy across CPQ, Salesforce, and downstream systems like NetSuite - flagging discrepancies before they surface in renewals or finance
  • Own data hygiene initiatives including duplicate management, field cleanup, enrichment, and pipeline integrity
  • Build and maintain Salesforce flows, validation rules, and custom objects to support evolving business processes and data integrity
  • Manage user setup, permissions, and access across Salesforce and the go-to-market tech stack including Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Ironclad - including ongoing administration and optimization of these tools as the business evolves
  • Troubleshoot system errors and integration issues - identifying root causes, implementing fixes, and knowing when to escalate
  • Partner with the broader RevOps team on automation improvements, system enhancements, and rollout of new capabilities

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2-4+ years of experience administering or supporting CRM systems, with intermediate Salesforce administration experience a must
  • Experience building and maintaining Salesforce flows, validation rules, and custom objects - comfortable enough to troubleshoot independently
  • Experience with CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ or similar) and/or contract lifecycle management tools like Ironclad preferred
  • Hands-on familiarity with sales productivity tools such as Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo
  • Enjoyment of working cross functionally - patient, clear communicator who can translate technical concepts into plain language
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership over data accuracy
  • Comfort managing a high volume of varied requests and triaging by urgency and business impact
  • Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in using them to work more efficiently
