Farmer’s Fridge makes fruits and vegetables accessible and approachable for everyone. We offer a variety of fresh, healthy, ready-to-eat meals and snacks through our fresh food vending machines, wholesale partners, and our office pantry solution — providing chef-curated meals to customers within seconds. Today, we operate a network of Fridges and partner with clients nationwide in high-foot-traffic areas, such as airports, hospitals, universities, and large office buildings — where there is limited accessibility to fresh, healthy, grab-n-go options.

About this Role:

Farmer’s Fridge is seeking a talented and highly effective Channel Manager, Fridge Operations to drive revenue and margin performance for our core business. This pivotal role will create financial outcomes for a segment of our 1,100+ smart fridge locations. The right candidate is results-oriented and action-driven and will champion the Fridge channel across the organization. What You’ll Do:
Strategic Portfolio Management:

  • Oversee removals, relocations, and profit/loss leaders in the Fridge portfolio to enhance business financial goals.
  • Own and drive continuous improvements in margin and revenue across your Fridge portfolio segment(s).
  • Provide operational oversight and define specific guardrails for Fridge operations.
  • Analyze industry dynamics and customer needs, driving innovation in marketplace strategies.

Channel P&L Management:

  • Leverage tools across marketing, product, menu/merch, demand planning, and operations to drive Fridge revenue and margin.
  • Develop a deep understanding of margin growth drivers, translating data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to test, implement, and refine performance strategies for Fridges, partnering with Finance to continuously monitor metrics and ROI.
  • Partner with Finance to establish and track KPIs for growth across various segments.
  • Manage Fridge-specific budgets, collaborating cross-functionally for investment allocation and performance strategy refinement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Develop and implement tools for agile feedback loops, ensuring prompt reprioritization of program initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Demand Planning, and Menu & Merchandising teams to align on service levels, product offerings, and pricing across different segments.
  • Sponsor channel projects, acting as the go-to person and thought partner across the organization.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree; 5+ years of results-driven, cross-functional experience with elements of sales, operations, general management, and/or strategic planning.
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Gsheets; expert in PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Passionate about the Food and Beverage industry or retail businesses.
  • Results-driven mindset; comfortable holding people of all levels accountable.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high levels of ambiguity.
  • Analytical thinker, adept at making decisions based on detailed data.
  • Expert communicator, capable of simplifying details into impactful messages.
