Our RevOps Strategists coordinate with their partners and are responsible for developing the revenue strategy through go-to-market segmentation & operational improvements. They then deliver on that strategy to their partners.

What You’ll Do - Some high-impact opportunities you'll tackle include:

  • Organize: Build, execute, and lead operational improvements that help partners optimize their go-to-market segmentation, operations, and numerous business improvement initiatives that support and enable their growth
  • Improve: Analyze existing data and map out partner workflows across marketing, sales, and service to build a gap analysis & prioritize revenue plays
  • Empower: Lead your partners in our mission to help develop and deliver Go-to-Market strategies with excellent project management & timely execution.
  • Lead: Drive organizational change management- engage with senior stakeholders and own delivery on key projects to move the organization forward

    👉🏻Success for a RevOps Strategist is measured by your ability to deliver measurable revenue impact by developing and executing strategic operational improvements, driving successful partner outcomes, and leading projects that improve marketing, sales, and service performance

Who You Are - This opportunity is for you if you have/can:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in relevant sales and marketing operations roles with high-growth companies OR Minimum of 3 years in a Professional Services delivery role (functional, technical, or project/program management)
  • Communication: Able to command a meeting, lead the conversation, communicate clearly, and drive stakeholders to decisions.
  • Curate: Map out partner processes across marketing, sales, and service to build a gap analysis & prioritize revenue plays
  • Strategy: You can take a complex problem, break it down into its smaller parts, and work systematically to find a solution. If the zombie apocalypse hits, people want you on "their end of time" team because you "get stuff done"
  • Drive: Define and manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), driving insights to develop and deliver revenue strategies on a plate. Can take down KingKong with strategy and Godzilla with tactics. You have an unnatural combination of strategy with tactics.
  • Management: Proven project and organizational management experience; engage with senior stakeholders and own delivery on key projects to move the organization forward

  • Develop & Execute Strategy: Build and deliver data-driven RevOps strategies that align marketing, sales, and service to drive partner growth.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Identify operational gaps, improve processes, and leverage KPIs to increase efficiency and revenue performance.
  • Lead & Influence: Guide partners and senior stakeholders through strategic initiatives, driving alignment, adoption, and organizational change.
  • Own Delivery: Manage projects from strategy through execution, ensuring timely delivery, measurable outcomes, and an exceptional partner experience
