We are seeking a SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Architect with strong expertise in IAM, Java development, and application migration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable identity governance solutions that support enterprise security and compliance objectives. This role requires hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ architecture, custom development, system integrations, and application onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support SailPoint IIQ solutions.
- Lead application onboarding and migration efforts into SailPoint.
- Develop and customize IIQ workflows, rules, and integrations using Java.
- Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, HR systems, and enterprise applications.
- Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance for IAM initiatives.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver scalable identity governance solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of IAM experience with 5+ years in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong Java/J2EE development experience.
- Experience with application migration and system integrations.
- Deep understanding of Identity Governance, Access Management, RBAC, provisioning, and access certifications.
- Experience with REST APIs, SQL, Active Directory, LDAP, and enterprise application integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
