Sales Account Executive
As a Sales Account Executive, your primary focus is account growth, building and managing a portfolio of accounts.  You will be responsible for networking, connecting, and growing relationships with key clients and ensuring revenue retention and expansion. A key aspect of this role includes generating revenue from warm leads and accounts provided by the company as well as self-generated leads through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth & Retention: Drive the retention of prior year revenue while identifying new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling and new revenue opportunities.
  • Account Management: Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and retain accounts, with an emphasis on the top 50 priority accounts.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct research to understand client buying events, market trends, and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Decision Maker Influence: Present larger initiatives and solutions to top decision-makers to drive significant opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the internal sourcing team and Account Success Managers to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
  • Industry & Client Events: Attend industry and client events to engage with stakeholders where they are and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong ability to network, connect, and grow relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Experience in both working warm leads and proactively generating self-sourced leads.
  • Experience in coordinating and working with cross-functional teams to drive account success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing high-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and insights to make informed business decisions.
