What you'll Experience:

• An in-depth rotational learning experience in the fields of sweet, beverage, and savory application in various key departments.
• Receive exceptional guidance from a mentor who will help you navigate, learn and ultimately become the Salesperson you're dreaming of being.
• Once your training is completed, you will move into a Sales Account Manager role with ownership over your own sales territory and the ability to manage and grow your business.

What you'll bring: 

• Ideally, a bachelor's degree in a science or business-related discipline or possess direct lab or other industry relevant experience. 
• Flexibility and adaptability. Your training will take place in Hoffman Estates, IL. After successfully completing the program, we offer you your own territory in the United States. 
• Relocation may be required after training. 
• Passion. Your drive to succeed, and eagerness to grow within an entrepreneurial, innovative and results-driven sales team.

About Sensient Flavors: 

Sensient Flavors offers innovative, global taste solutions and specialized flavor delivery systems that help bring life to your food and beverage products. Our leading-edge technologies reflect our core philosophies to be dynamic and innovative and to add value to your applications.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000 USD.  Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.  In addition to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to support the holistic well-being of our employees and their families.
