About this Role:

As a Sales Admin, you will be responsible for various activities in support of the broader Sales and Sales Ops teams, across the Mid Market and Enterprise businesses (Fridge & Wholesale). Completion of your day-to-day responsibilities will ensure that customer data is managed accurately and internal operations run smoothly. This role provides a deeper understanding of the nuances of the business and will prepare the right candidate well for broader account management activities. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Mid-Market Responsibilities:
    • Manage the order entry process for Wholesale clients - input orders from clients into the Company’s CRM (Salesforce) and conduct a thorough check on data accuracy, correcting for errors when necessary
    • Monitor inbound Wholesale client communications and make updates to existing order entries as requested; work cross-functionally, with Distribution, Demand Planning, Production, and others to ensure changes can be accommodated. 
    • Support the Sales team in processing sample orders for use at client events, prospect sample drops, etc.
    • Own the completion of the vendor registration process when requested by a client; work cross-functionally with Legal and Accounting to collect necessary information to ensure there are no delays due to lack of vendor approval
    • Own Department of Health application process for Fridge permits across sites and markets as required 
  • Enterprise & Retail Responsibilities
    • Monitor inbound Enterprise Retail client communications and make updates to existing order entries as requested; work cross-functionally, with Distribution, Demand Planning, and others to ensure changes can be accommodated
    • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and YTD sales performance reports and share them with Airport clients upon request
    • Manage returns process for Airport Retail clients; work cross-functionally with Accounting and the client to validate requests and correct orders in the internal system; manage communications with clients regarding requests and returns completion
