* We're looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to own digital performance analytics and deliver impactful insights across eCommerce channels. This role is central to understanding how customers engage online and driving continuous improvements that elevate the digital experience and accelerate business growth. The Digital Performance Analytics Manager brings deep expertise in Adobe Analytics, strong analytical and storytelling skills, and a passion for using data to influence decisions that improve conversion, engagement, and innovation. This position will lead a team of analysts and partner closely with Digital Product, Design, and senior leadership.
* What you'll do
* Analytics Strategy & Execution
* Define and evolve digital analytics frameworks, KPIs, and measurement strategies aligned to business and customer experience goals.
* Own execution of digital analytics and uncover insights to optimize experiences Insights & Storytelling
* Translate complex data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations for senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
* Deliver regular readouts on digital performance, engagement, and optimization opportunities.
* Customer Behavior Analysis
* Analyze user behavior, engagement patterns, and conversion funnels to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
* Partner with Experimentation teams to define success metrics and support A/B testing strategies. Team Leadership
* Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team- fostering curiosity, technical growth, and storytelling excellence.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Serve as analytics liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business questions into measurable analyses.
* Manage relationships with internal partners and ensure analytics deliverables drive measurable business impact.
* What we expect of you
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 1+ years in a leadership role managing teams.
* Experience with the ability to translate data into Financial and Operational analysis including to present findings Executive leadership
* Strong data visualization skills Excel expertise.
* Excellent communication and data storytelling skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Working knowledge of SQL and digital data structures a plus.
