The Sales Assistant supports the sales team by creating quotes, networking, managing client engagement, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Sales Assistant-Entry/Mid Level
Chicago Signs and Screen Printing, a subsidiary of Black Diamond Solutions, is looking for a high energy, highly motivated, detail-oriented person to work as a sales assistant for our top producers. This position will help in all aspects of the sales process including:
- Helping to determine the correct products and services to offer
- Creating quotes and proposals for potential new and current clients
- Networking with the sales team
- Some social prospecting
- Working closely with the sales team to create an exceptional customer service experience
- Following up on pre and post sales activities
The main goal of the sales assistant role is to allow the sales team to constantly be out looking for new business while still supporting clients and potential new clients.
Candidates being considered will have the following qualities:
- Reliable-Say what you do and do what you say.
- Loyal- We are looking for someone who wants to help our company grow and be a part of a growing team.
- Technical-A knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ability to navigate online applications needed for the position.
- Personable-This is going to be a CLIENT ENGAGEMENT position. The perfect person for this position is going to need to have excellent communication skills. Friendly with a customer first attitude.
- Motivated-We are looking for someone who wants to grow with a growing company and want to learn more and take on more.
- Excellent written skills.
Experience with printing, custom apparel, branding, retail, marketing, screen printing, and customer service are a big plus!
