Candidates must have strong communication skills, basic computer and math abilities, a clean driving record, and pass background and drug screening.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Offer assistance to or direction to any and all customers who enter the dealership
- Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
- Work directly with our employees to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
- Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
- Training will be provided to help with your transition to our dealership
REQUIREMENTS
- Automotive experience is not required! Willing to train!
- Spanish speaking is a PLUS!
- Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
- Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills
- Must be interested in working within a team environment
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
