As a Sales Closer, your primary responsibility will be to convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of our marketing services to potential clients. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams, leveraging your sales expertise to drive revenue growth and foster long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities- Engage with warm leads provided by our marketing team and qualify their needs and interest in our services.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations that effectively communicate the benefits of our agency's marketing solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms and address any client concerns or objections to close sales deals successfully.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our services, market trends, and competitive landscape to position our offerings effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to the sales process.
- Track sales metrics and maintain CRM records to monitor progress and report on sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably as a closer in a marketing or advertising environment.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Demonstrated ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
