Job Summary

This is a high-impact opportunity to join the North American arm of a globally recognized, 70-year-old manufacturing leader. The team is the only provider in the world offering a fully integrated suite of vibroconveyors, screening, and magnetic separation technology for the recycling, scrap, mining, and steel industries. As an SDR, you will be the engine of the sales pipeline, identifying and engaging key decision-makers to solve complex material handling challenges. We are looking for a seasoned professional who understands the nuance of industrial sales and is ready to drive growth in a stable, world-class organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target key stakeholders within the recycling, scrap, mining, and steel sectors.
  • Conduct high-level outreach to secure qualified discovery meetings for the Account Executive.
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline within HubSpot to ensure consistent lead flow.
  • Master the value proposition of integrated material handling systems to engage prospects effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to refine outreach strategies and target high-value accounts.

Requirements
  • Significant, proven experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
  • Deep proficiency and hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM for lead management and tracking.
  • Ability to work within the Eastern Time Zone (EST).
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate complex business hierarchies.
  • A self-starter mentality with the discipline to manage a remote outreach process.

  • Prior experience in long-cycle capital equipment sales.
  • Experience within the industrial, manufacturing, or material handling sectors.
