LogicGate® is a global leader in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, with a mission to deliver the software and capabilities enterprises and their people need to understand and manage their risks and transform them into strategic opportunities. Built by experts, our award-winning Risk Cloud® delivers over 40 purpose-driven solutions on a unified, modern cloud platform for connected, holistic risk and compliance management to scale with and meet the evolving risk landscape and organizational needs.

At LogicGate, our people are the foundation of everything we do. We are committed to delivering an exceptional experience for our employees and our customers by empowering and enabling our people to take ownership, make an impact, and deliver their best work.

About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll own the top of the funnel and play a critical role in driving LogicGate’s growth. You’ll engage prospective customers through a mix of inbound and outbound outreach, uncover pain points, qualify opportunities, and connect high-potential prospects with our Account Executives.

Risk Cloud is a sophisticated, enterprise SaaS platform, and our SDR program is intentionally designed to give you hands-on exposure to modern sales fundamentals, real customer conversations, and a clear path for career growth within sales.

How you’ll spend your time:
  • Prospect into target accounts using a multichannel approach (cold calling, email, social, and networking)
  • Research and map accounts to identify key stakeholders, business needs, and buying signals
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and account data in our CRM to support forecasting and reporting
  • Develop a strong understanding of Risk Cloud, the GRC market, and our competitive landscape through continuous learning and collaboration with Marketing and Sales
  • Contribute to improving outreach strategies, messaging, and sales processes as we scale
We get excited about you if you have:
  • A genuine interest in technology and a desire to build a career in sales
  • Curiosity and motivation to learn the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) space
  • Strong listening skills and a customer-first mindset — you seek to understand before you pitch
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organization and attention to detail
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for contributing to a fast-growing, early-stage company
  • Bonus: Prior SDR or startup sales experience

The anticipated base salary range for the role is $50,000 - $58,000 per year + variable + equity + benefits. Actual salaries may vary and will be based on factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Internal candidates who have current pay within or above the hiring range are still encouraged to apply if interested.
