Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 5+ years of outbound sales experience, ideally within the marketing, advertising, or MarTech space. This is a high-performance remote SDR role focused on generating qualified opportunities through strategic prospecting and outreach.

You will play a critical role in building the sales pipeline by engaging decision-makers such as CMOs, marketing directors, and founders, and booking high-quality meetings for the closing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) targeting marketing leaders and business owners
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads within target industries (e.g., SaaS, eCommerce, professional services)
  • Book high-quality discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
  • Craft personalized messaging aligned with marketing pain points (lead generation, CAC, ROI, conversion rates)
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline updates in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine ICPs and outreach strategies
  • Continuously optimize outreach performance through A/B testing and data insights
  • Consistently exceed KPIs such as meetings booked, pipeline value, and conversion rates

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Outbound Sales, or Lead Generation
  • Proven experience selling marketing services, advertising solutions, or MarTech products
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, paid social, funnels, analytics)
  • Demonstrated success in booking meetings with senior decision-makers (CMO, Head of Marketing, Founder)
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach tools (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft)
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
  • Experience working remotely with global teams is a strong advantage
